For tap splicing voice and data communication cables with solid copper single-conductor wires.

UG Connector:
For calbes with max. insul. O.D. of 1,67mm (.066") including 0,9mm to 0.4mm (19-26 AWG) paper, pulp or PIC air core and 0,7mm to 0,4mm (22-26 AWG) PIC filled core cable.

 

Instructions:

  1. Snap connector side slot onto existing run wire and slide to desired location
  2. Cut tap wire to desired length. Do Not Strip Insulation From Either Wire
  3. Insert tap wire all the way into port
  4. Crimp the button onto the wires using a 3M Scotchlok E-9 series hand tool
