Vintage Small Ceramic Southwestern Pot Unsigned
Red Clay - Could possibly be from Santo Domingo Pueblo, New Mexico, and date to ca. 1940's-1950's. The way each pot was fired determined the color. The Red is from an oxidation firing, where air reached the pot, preventing the chemical reaction that turns the red clay to any other color.
Great for any room in your home! Also makes a great housewarming gift.
